Where do you ship to?

We ship into the US and Canada only.

What are your shipping charges?

All probiotic orders ship free with Ground service in the US.

When will my package ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to all shipments.

How long does shipping take?

After the order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. In some locations, shipping may take up to 7 business days.

When will my subscription product be billed and shipped?

Your initial order will always be billed and begin processing immediately. For subsequent orders, you will be billed on the same day of the week as your original purchase, either each month or every 3 months, depending on your selection made at the time of purchase.

Can I edit my subscription?

Yes! You can edit the subscription, update billing info, see your purchase history, and skip a shipment by emailing hello@reliefband.com.

Do you offer a money-back-guarantee?

Yes, orders are eligible to be returned for a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please mail hello@reliefband.com for return inquiries.
